Mailglass Lite provides a web-based email builder and editor with AI-powered features. Our service includes:

  • Email preview and export functionality
  • Cloud storage for saved email templates

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using email/password authentication or through third-party providers (Google, Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. AI Credits System

4.1 Credit Allocation

New users receive 50 free AI credits upon signup. Additional credits may be earned through feedback submission or purchased through our platform.

4.2 Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Credit consumption rates may vary based on the complexity and length of the generated content.

4.3 Credit Expiration

AI credits do not expire unless explicitly stated. However, we reserve the right to modify the credit system with reasonable notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mailglass Lite to:

  • Create spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Create misleading or fraudulent content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all email content you create using Mailglass Lite. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our service.

6.2 Our Content

The Mailglass Lite platform, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Mailglass Lite is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our service. By using our service, you consent to such collection and processing.
